Coach Boudreau’s tease that Sasha and Matt Bradley may make the trip to Atlanta is pushing Obama’s State of the Union coverage off the front pages.

Out since the January 8 game with the Panthers, we’ve maintained a round-the-clock Sasha vigil.  Good news surfaced yesterday and he showed during the morning skate.   Rumor now has it that he may ship out for the Thrasher game tomorrow night.

We were all aflutter during the Florida game when the Comcast cam caught a mid-game adjustment on the bench, right before his injury.  Although this footage has surfaced here and there in some of the seamier recesses of the Interwebs, we’ve been holding onto it to herald his triumphant return to the ice.  Thanks to @RinkRebel, reader Molly and the irascible @YoCalleJo for helping us track down this clip.
