I did once have a fantasy affair with Wayne Gretzky, more because he was the most absurd celebrity I could think of to have an affair with than because I was attracted to him. In fact, I couldn’t pick him out of a line up. I am not gay, however I am frequently described as being excessively happy, and also as being very in touch with my masculine side (I am female)….I would make someone a good husband. I am, however, a huge fan of finding humor and connections in unusual places. So, when my friend, LSP, sent me the link to this blog, I thought, “Awesome…a gay man with a wicked sense of humor blogging about sweaty hockey players…What could be better???” Had I been a man, my laughing and guffawing while reading this blog would have certainly been accompanied by ball scratching and farting, but being the lady that I am, I simply snorted and spewed diet coke all over my keyboard.
