Except the sentence is, “He will not be there 2 out of every 3 games” because he will be there less than 66% of the time. Which is correct. He’ll be there 64 out of every 100 games, or less than 2/3rds.

Therefore, 64% < 2/3. Therefore, Fehr has _not_ been at work for even two out of three games, on average. Close, but not quite. Maybe it makes no difference. Just look before you troll next time.
